Mittwoch Ruhetag, vereinbart war Schlüssel im Wintergarten hinterlegt. Gelände stockdunkel, lichtschalter zu finden auch ein Abenteuer. Nach Schlüsselfung auf Zimmersuche, leider Ohne Beschreibung und wie geschrieben alles dunkel. Bewegungsmelder wären eine gute investition. Zimmer OK, dennoch zog es sehr durch die Zimmertür. Bad relativ neu, dennoch Fugen in der Dusch recht schimmlig und ein paar Haare des vorgängers waren auch zu finden. Frühstück war gut und die Dame die hierfür zuständig war, sehr nett und bemüht.

Einziger Gast. Im Nachhinein kein Wunder. Unbeleuchtete Werkstatttreppe zum Zimmer im Obergeschoss. Dusche mit Schimmel und Staub. Frühstück: 15€ für Buffet bezahlt. Wurst-/ Käseteller bekommen. Dazu schrumpeliges Obst. Niemand da. Für den Preis ein Witz. Zimmer und Bett in Ordnung. Für 61,50€ empfehlenswert. Im Sommer vielleicht alles schöner hier.

Check in katastrophal (2Std), fehlerhafte Rechnun

Check in war katastrophal. Unterkunft war geschlossen, trotz Reservierung bzw Buchung mit Bestätigung. Schlüsselcode wurde nicht versendet. Telefon u. Handynummer nicht erreichbar. 2x nach Fahr gefahren u wieder nach Volkach zurück. Hilfsbereite Tochter hat Unterstützung angeboten. Zimmerschlüssel erst nach 2 Std (!) und sinnloser Fahrerei incl Stress erhalten. Fehlerhafte Rechnung erhalten (Frühstück wurde doppelt berechnet). Korrektur erst nach nerviger u zeitraubender Diskussion.

Séjour très agréable chez les Braun: atmosphère détendue, très bons vins du chaix familial et excellent restaurant font que ce séjour dans une boucle du Main a été le meilleur de nos vacances en Franconie.

Great hotel

Lovely hotel, great food and wine. Parking for our motorbikes right outside, left them loaded so we didn’t have to drag everything up to our room and they were fine. The only downside was our room was really hot but there’s no controlling the weather!

Underbart - rekommenderas varmt!

Helt fantastiskt ställe. Man bor på en vingård. Äter frukost i vinterträdgården. Finns möjlighet att köpa en flaska vin och sitta i vinterträdgården även på kvällen. Härlig och nyttig frukost med färska jordgubbar. Rymliga rustika rum. Mysigt, trevligt och helt underbart. Rekommenderas varmt. Vi blev kvar en extra natt.

War zum ersten Mal bei Fam. Braun zur Übernachtung (1 Nacht). Es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Freundlicher Hausherr und Team. Alles was man braucht war bestens vorhanden. Komme gerne wieder.
