"Check in was a nightmare - almost an hour and the staff were rude. Bathroom was a joke. I've stayed in many hotels in Paris and yes rooms are small and bathrooms smaller but you couldn't even turn around in the shower and to sit on the toilet you had to turn sideways. Went for breakfast which was adequate but the guy checking people in had no time for anyone. He really shouldn't be working around people. "

"The room is poor and lacking basic facilities e.g. No English breakfast tea, milk, the room temperature was warm and I couldn’t regulate it to cool enough to match the weather outside, the small refrigerator was not functioning, the tv channels are mainly in French which is great but the Netflix should be available for use in English language.
Overall despite the location and ambience of the hotel, it lacked the features that would make it a 4 -star hotel. I’m quite disappointed with the overall standard. "
