Mix up with the room on arrival and was given the key for someone else’s room only to need to move 2 sleeping children. The guy on the desk did his best to sort everything out and once we got the right room it was clean and comfortable. We were offered free breakfast the next day

Excellent stay

This was an overnight stay on our way from Pescara to the UK. The hotel is modern, clean and very well presented. The guy on reception was very helpful including suggesting an excellent restaurant for our evening meal, only a few hundred metres away. Breakfast was both plentiful and of a very good quality.

A great Hotel and a very good price. The bathroom was cold and the water not very hot but the room was comfortable. WARNING - it says on the web site that breakfast is included but it isn't! We have taken this up with Hotels.com

Very poor from Logis

Very tired property in need of a clean and redecoration. The lift was not working, which made it awkward to take our luggage up two flights of stairs. I actually stayed in a different Logis hotel two years ago. That one was a health hazard and the worst property I have ever stayed in, so at least this one was an improvement.

Toutefois quelques dysfonctionnement sur le matériel très beau téléviseur, mais image très instable et distributeur de papier toilette non adapté rouleau trop large par rapport au distributeur Le tout signalé à la réception Globalement satisfait, mais un besoin de vérifier les équipements prises électriques, ampoules etc !

Un hôtel parfait ! Déjà, la localisation est idéale. L’hôtel est en plein centre ville, juste en face un parking gratuit. Commerces, restaurants et bars sont à 5 minutes à pieds. Ensuite, la chambre est spacieuse et tout confort: jolie décoration, grand écran, climatisation, literie de qualité. La salle bain est également grande et nous avons eu la chance d’avoir une baignoire de balnéothérapie. Détente et relaxation assurées ! Le petit déjeuner est copieux avec un bon choix. Enfin, je saluerai surtout l’accueil chaleureux et les professionnalisme des hôteliers qui ont été aux petits soins avec nous. Solution pour une arrivée tardive, petit mot d’accueil, gentillesse, sourires… Un grand merci à Charlotte et Véronique ! Je vous conseille cet établissement SANS AUCUNE HÉSITATION.
