The apartment is located on the third floor (accessible by elevator) of a small building.
Living room with kitchenette and direct access to a large terrace and a balcony equipped with a laundry area, entryway, master bedroom, small bedroom, and bathroom with a window and shower.
Double bed, two single beds (or another double bed), and a comfortable double sofa bed. Free parking is available in the building’s enclosed area, which is secured by an electric gate, as well as in neighboring areas.
