An impressive example of modern architecture, the air-conditioned villa takes your breath away the moment you enter its elegant interior. The villa features 5 bedrooms, each beautifully decorated in a distinctive style, and 4 bathrooms with either a walk-in shower or a bathtub with a countryside view. The open-concept ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a large living room. There is also a tavern-style party room with a billiards table and a barbecue grill in the basement.
Outdoor facilities also offer a great opportunity for entertainment and pure relaxation. There is a dining table set for great meals out in the open, as well as sofas and loungers by the pool. The villa also provides bicycles, just perfect for exploring the region.
The stunning Villa Aria is set in the peaceful green surroundings of Višnjan, a charming town famous for its Observatory. It is conveniently near a lot of exciting places of interest, including Poreč on the coast (14 km) where you can admire the Basilica (UNESCO World Heritage Site), Baredine Cave (7 km), Motovun (14 km), and Aquacolors water park (14 km).
