Summary:
Welcome to our charming apartment, ideal for up to 4 guests, located in the heart of Visby at Stora Torget. It is two separate bedrooms: one with a 180 cm bed and access to a quiet yard, and another with two separate 90 cm beds (can also be put together into a 180 cm bed). The ground floor has a renovated bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living area with a TV.
The Space:
The bedrooms are situated on the ground floor, while the social areas are located on the upper floor. Upon entering, you'll find two inviting bedrooms: one to the left with a luxurious 180 cm bed and direct access to a peaceful private yard, and one to the right featuring two comfortable 90 cm beds. The ground floor also includes a modern bathroom with a WC, shower, and sink.
Take the stairs up to the upper level to discover a fully equipped kitchen with a beautiful stone floor and elegant brass accents. The kitchen includes a microwave, oven, freezer and fridge, stovetop, and all the essentials for preparing meals at home. Adjacent to the kitchen, there's a cozy seating area with a TV, perfect for relaxation and socializing. Experience comfort and convenience in our well-appointed apartment, designed to make your stay enjoyable and memorable.

The Neighborhood:
You'll reside in the heart of Visby's old town, mere steps away from everything this charming city has to offer: the picturesque sea views, the stunning botanical gardens, the majestic cathedral, fascinating museums, vibrant bars, eclectic shops, and a diverse array of restaurants serving local and international cuisine. Embrace the convenience of exploring these attractions within a short walking distance, ensuring you experience the essence and allure of Visby throughout your stay.
Getting Around:
If you are traveling just to visit Visby you don't need a car but a rental bike will work just fine. If you plan to explore the rest of Gotland I would suggest bringing your car (parking is not included and is paid for outside on the street) or renting one. If you want to explore Gotland by public transport, the bus station is a short walk from the apartment, so you can easily get around the island!

Terms and Conditions
1. Guest Policy: Only registered and confirmed guests are permitted to stay at the premises. The accommodation reserves the right to cancel a booking in the event of misconduct, disruptive behavior, or violation of accommodation policies.
2. Rental Policy: The unit may only be rented and used for leisure purposes and is not intended for permanent residence. Guests must adhere to the check-in and check-out times specified by the host, with any exceptions requiring prior agreement. Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and only the guests listed in the booking are allowed in the unit. Additionally, filming and recording are not permitted without prior written approval from the host.
3. Liability for Damages and Deep Cleaning: Guests are responsible for maintaining the accommodation and its facilities in good condition. Any damage, breakage, or loss caused by the guest, whether accidental or intentional, shall be the full financial responsibility of the guest. The accommodation reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for the cost of repair, replacement, or lost items. Additionally, a deep cleaning fee of SEK 2,500 will be applied if excessive cleaning is required due to guest actions.
4. Internet Access: Complimentary wireless internet is provided for guests. The accommodation is not liable for any disruptions or security risks associated with internet usage.
5. Quiet Hours Policy: Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily to maintain a peaceful environment for all residents and neighbors. The accommodation is equipped with a disturbance detection system that monitors and alerts management to any violations related to excessive noise or smoke. Guests are required to comply with this policy to ensure the safety and well-being of all occupants. Non-compliance may result in penalties, including additional charges or potential eviction.
6. No Smoking Policy: The accommodation is a strictly non-smoking establishment, including the use of electronic cigarettes and vaping devices. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation, on balconies, and outside the entrance. Violations of this policy may result in additional cleaning fees and possible eviction without a refund.
7. Forgotten items: Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items.
8. No Illegal Activities: The property may not be used for any illegal activities, including prostitution and drug use. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction, the involvement of law enforcement, and forfeiture of any refund.
9. Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed on the premises. Any violation may result in additional cleaning fees or penalties.
10. Footwear Policy: Guests are required to refrain from wearing shoes inside the accommodation to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
11. Key Return for Cleaning and Maintenance: Guests are required to leave the apartment key in the designated key lockbox to allow access for cleaning and maintenance. If the key is not returned to the lockbox as instructed, an additional fee of 400 SEK will be charged.
