I liked how friendly and helpful the staff were. The room was clean, with easy access to the beach and shopping areas. We stayed for 8 days and using the washer/dryer for free made it very helpful. The outdoor and indoor pools were clean and fun for the kids.

Loved this property.Staff was really great and accommodating. The theater and inside pool were a plus for rainy days. Views were awesome from the room.

We thought the staff was outstanding. The property needs work. The towels had a terrible smell. The bathroom was rusting and the wood on the counter was peeling. All of the carpeting looks very dirty. We know some of this is sand, but it does not inspire confidence in the cleanliness of the place.

The hotel is dated, needs sprucing up. One elevator down for our stay, Pool area was dirty. The beds were comfortable and clean. Italian restaurant was closed. Breakfast buffet was fair.

A lot of stuff not working. Ice makers, toilet went down twice, only one elevator working, WiFi was down half the day. Could be a really nice place just need to invest in working infrastructure.

Ok for one night
The hotel is in a good location. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. The elevators were slow and really small. We had to call 4 times to get additional blankets and the bathroom had a rusted towel rack and there was rust on the door to the bathroom. It is definitely dated and needs a makeover. The suite was spacious though so overall not bad for just a one night stay. I wouldn’t recommend a longer stay.

Oakley was great she told us about a seafood buffet that was excellent. And another one that she recommended was also great. She was very friendly. The only bad thing was we spent almost $600 for 2 nights and did not get our room serviced.

Everyone in the hotel staff was so genuinely nice and helpful!…even down to a simple thing like noticing that you are coming down the hallway and holding the elevator for you! Truly seemed like they love what they do! The views from my room were breathtaking and the space and amenities in the room was amazing. Everyone has to try their lazy river pool! Great location in walking distance to stores, restaurants, and entertainment! Definitely coming back!!!
