Welcome to this modern and accessible vacation home that leaves nothing to be desired for a vacation with friends or family. The house is located in the greenery and only a few minutes drive from the sea and the famous beaches of Crikvenica.
The living space of the house is divided into nine bedrooms, nine bathrooms, several kitchens and high quality furnished living areas. The house is ideal if you want to spend your vacation with several families. For extra comfort and accessibility, the house has an elevator.
After an active day of vacation, the sauna invites you to relax.
A highlight of the house is the outdoor area with pool, where you can cool off on hot summer days or simply enjoy the sun on the sun loungers. The entire yard is fenced for total privacy. Thanks to the four covered terraces, you will always find a pleasant place to read or have meals together.

Für unseren Urlaub mit der gesamten Familie eine hervorragende Unterkunft.
Für unseren Urlaub mit der gesamten Familie eine hervorragende Unterkunft. Moderne Einrichtung, behindertengerecht ausgestattet, sogar mit Fahrstuhl. Sauna, Pool, getrennte Wohneinheiten und große Terrasse. Vollklimatisiert lässt es sich bei großer Hitze aushalten. Toller Blick auf die Berge. Auf die Insel Krk muss man ca. 40 - 60 Minuten fahren. Zum einkaufen 10 Minuten bis Crikvenica. Die Anfahrt zur Unterkunft ist etwas abenteuerlich, da sehr eng und der Zustand des Weges nicht so toll ist. Dafür entschädigt die Unterkunft.
