The traditional timber house with its thatched roof blends harmoniously into its surroundings and offers a wonderful view. The accommodation is situated on steep terrain, right between two ski slopes. Strap on your cross-country skis and set off straight from the house into the extensive network of trails. In summer, scenic hiking trails and varied nature experiences beckon.



Discover the mountain village of Rauland at the foot of the Hardangervidda. Hike to the Silkedalstoppene and enjoy fantastic views over the Norwegian mountains. Go on tours to the striking Falkenuten peak or kayak or canoe across the lakes Møsvatn and Lognvikvatn. Try your luck at fishing or relax on the sandy beaches of Longvikvann. Spot moose on a safari, explore the Silkedalen valley or, in autumn, pick cloudberries, blueberries and lingonberries in the unspoilt countryside.
