2回目の宿泊でした。この街で5星はここしか無いので特別に良くも悪くもありません。仕事での宿泊は問題ないです。朝食がもう少しバリエーションがあるとよいのでは

気になった点 : スタッフとサービス、施設のコンディションと設備、客室の快適度

見かけは綺麗だが、5星とは言えない2星程度。

歩いていたら、スタッフ（マネージャクラス）が長時間、笑顔もなしに睨みつかたように見ていた。大変不愉快であった。湯船で水しか出なかった。スタッフのSWの押し忘れとのことで、夜中までお湯がでなかったが、30分したらでるとのことで待っていたが、少しお湯が出て、また、水になった。元々タンクが50ｌしかお湯が出ないとのことであった。5星のホテルでこのような状況である。洗濯をたのんでないのに、お金を請求された。飛行機の時間が迫っていたので支払った。詐欺である。最悪のホテルである。ソフィテル、ヒルトンなどのホテルと比べ、5星とはとても言えないホテルである。スタッフに笑顔や挨拶がほとんどない。

コストパフォーマンスはすばらしい。部屋の清潔でやアメニティ、設備など一通りすべてそろっています。この市では、これ以上のホテルはないと思います。

とてもきれいでスタッフのサービスも良かったです。高層階からの眺め、コストパフォーマンスも素晴らしい！夕食をホテルのレストランで食べましたが、いまいちだった､､､ひとりで泊まる人はあまりいなそうなので、みんなでいろいろ食べたらおいしかったのかも。ホテルの右斜め前にスーパーbigCがあり、さらにその先にローカル市場があります！

Quá tải vào dịp tết

Vào kỳ nghỉ tết âm lịch nên khách rất đông. Khách sạn dường như quá tải nên việc tìm phòng đã đặt cho khách để check in và check in gặp nhiều vấn đề phiền toái. Tuy nhiên thì đây vẫn là KS tốt nhất thời điểm này tại TP Vinh.

A good hotel in Vinh City. It has everything you need including a convenient restaurant and roof top bar. The staff tried hard to please but often food choices were not available. It would have been easier if I spoke better Vietnamese.

Coming back for Tet holiday and stayed here for two nights. The staff is okay until one of the doorman trying to sell us their taxi service. It’s too overpriced. Half of the equipments at the gym broke down. As for the breakfast buffet, they have many selections but it can’t be compared to the food at 3 star hotel we stayed in Ha Noi.

Very wonderful experience!

The staffs were very nice, helpful and professional. Hotel is great on everything. My husband had room service. He said the burger was tasty and delicious. My room has a beautiful view. I definitely will stay at this hotel again if I ever come here
