"We were so disappointed with our stay. The steps to the apartment are steep, as people have mentioned, the bigger issue is that they’re uneven, so you suddenly meet a step that’s a lot deeper than the others, it’s not too bad going up, but be careful going down. On first glance the apartment is nice and it is well equipped. There were no instructions as to how to put the sofa bed up, or where to find the bedding, we did eventually find it. "Comfy and superb size room. Stayed here with our two young children, staff were very helpful and bus stop was directly outside the hotel to get into Gent centre in around 20-25 mins. Only negative was breakfast and dining area which was very cramped and not the biggest selection. "

"I had a great stay at this hotel. The reception staff were very friendly and approachable, which made check‑in and any questions throughout my stay really easy. I also appreciated being able to use the ironing board in the laundry room, and the staff were kind enough to store my medication in their fridge. The location worked perfectly for me. The train station is only a five‑minute walk away, with direct trains to Bruges and Antwerp, and there’s a bus right outside the station that takes you into Ghent. I also enjoyed the 20‑minute walk into the city. The hotel was clean, housekeeping came every day with fresh towels, and the WiFi was reliable. My room had a TV and air conditioning, which made it comfortable throughout my stay. Overall, a very positive experience."
