It includes a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob and filter coffee maker, as well as a cozy living/dining room with smart TV and fireplace (wood included).

The cottage features:

one bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and smart TV,

one bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm) that can be joined together,

a master suite with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and its own bathroom with shower and toilet,

a second bathroom with shower and toilet.

Two sofa beds are available for additional sleeping space.

Outside, you can enjoy a private, enclosed garden with garden furniture. Secure bicycle storage is available.

Parking is permitted in front of the cottage entrance for unloading luggage. During your stay, parking is available in the church parking lot, 50 meters away. Wi-Fi is included. Baby equipment available (travel cot, high chair). Non-smoking accommodation. This authentic Sologne-style house is an invitation to slow down and fully appreciate the region's natural and cultural heritage.

Its location is particularly desirable, situated in the Vicairerie community garden: just 50 meters away, a village grocery store offers fresh bread, a bar, and other essential services, while an excellent restaurant next door will delight lovers of local cuisine.

The cottage is also in the immediate vicinity of the Maison du Cerf (House of the Stag), an iconic Sologne museum dedicated to this mythical animal that has made the region famous. In season, you can experience the unique thrill of listening to the stag's bellow in the heart of the forests.

Opposite the cottage, a pond just 150 meters away allows fishing enthusiasts to fully enjoy their stay, with fishing permits provided by the town hall.

Outdoor enthusiasts will also appreciate the numerous hiking and cycling trails accessible from the gîte, as well as interactive treasure hunts for all ages, perfect for discovering the Sologne region in a different way.

Finally, the gîte boasts a prime location for exploring the region's must-see attractions: 45 minutes from Beauval Zoo and less than an hour from the Loire Valley's most famous châteaux.
