Zeitweiser Rausschmiss aus Hotel

Mussten an einem Sonntag das Hotel von 11 - 17 Uhr trotz strömenden Regens (wir waren mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs!) verlassen und das in einem Einkaus/Industriegebiet wo man nichts unternehmen konnte oder die Zeit bis zur Rückkehr ins Hotel trocken verbringen konnte, sehr ungewöhnliche Praxis.

Tout a été que ce soit l'accueil, la propreté, les environs... un petit hic car le rideau de douche ne tenait pas et l'évacuation de la douche était très lent donc les pieds dans l'eau dans toute la salle d'eau pendant quelques temps. Manque un sèche cheveu.

Pour une halte c’est très bien, les chambres sont spacieuses manque de modernisation mais c’est actuellement en cours endroit très calme le parking est gratuit et ferme la nuit à recommander .c’est la deuxième fois que je viens dans cet hôtel après plusieurs années.

Prima tussenstop op doorreis naar Wintersport

Een goede tussenstop op de reis naar Les Arcs. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen, en het ontbijt was eenvoudig maar goed. Net als de kamer, gedateerd maar prima geslapen, ondanks de drukke straat. We hadden dubbele ramen dus verkeer hoorde je niet. Je hoeft er niet voor de directe omgeving te zijn, er waren meer bedrijven en enkele restaurants in de buurt.

Interroger par le standardiste à mon arrivée à la réception, j'ai regretté d'avoir payé la chambre devant la porte de la chambre !! Poignée cassée, moquettes brûlée, une serviette de bain pour 2 personnes, chauffage bruyant, lit inconfortable ...... Plus Jamais !

Grande déception, on ne retournera pas dans cet hô

Nous avions l'habitude de nous rendre dans cet hôtel. Nous avons été surpris par le réceptionniste qui nous a d'emblée demandé la carte de crédit dès notre arrivée, ceci sans ménagement. Nous comprenons que l'hôtel soit en rénovation mais cela n'empêche pas de louer les chambres disponibles avec davantage d'attention. Par exemple il a fallu réclamer des linges de bain et celles-ci sont semblables à du crin.... Quant au petit-déjeuner, service minimum et chocolat sûrement périmé. Bref, nous ne retournerons plus dans cet établssement.

Déçu.

Rapport qualité prix juste de juste....rideaux et couvres lits qui ne sont plus du tout dans l'hère du temps....personnel présent mais peu communicatif, ils font acte de présence, aucun sourire donc pas chaleureux....
