Superb achievement with a contemporary design and atmosphere.
This gîte, completely renovated in 2015, is located in the Ville sur Yron ecovillage, within the Lorraine Regional Natural Park.
Discovery tour of the ecovillage, Plein champ museum.
Every year in May, Festival Caméra des Champs, documentary film festival on rurality.
Cinemas and Aquapôle swimming pool in Jarny 6 km away.
Chambley Planet Air 10 km, Metz (Centre Pompidou) 25 km, Lake Madine 30 km, Pont-à-Mousson 38 km and Verdun 40 km. Ground floor: living room of 53 m² with various bay windows opening onto the terrace.
Laundry room. Separate WC
Bedroom (2 90x200 beds) with private bathroom accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Floor: 2 bedrooms (5 90x200 beds), shower room, separate WC.

Sheets and cleaning included in the price.
PAC electric heating (charges not included).

The 2500 m² orchard will allow you to reach the banks of the Yron and the four horizons hiking trail. In the village, children's playground, 2 bowling greens, skate park.
Brewery 3km away, pizzerias and restaurants 7km away. This accommodation is not labeled Tourism and Handicap but has the following facilities: ground floor on one level with bedroom and bathroom accessible to people with reduced mobility.
You will be welcomed at the cottage by the owners.

Modernes Haus in ruhiger dörflicher Lage mit großem Garten.

Das Haus ist schön mit großer Terrasse und großem Grundstück. Die Einrichtung ist funktional. Positiv ist, dass ein großer Holzkohlengrill zur Verfügung steht.
