"SCAMMER ALERT I arrived at this property after traveling for 5 hours to Luxembourg to have no check in instructions or have any ability to contact the host. The number and contact they provided were disconnected and I asked residents at the apartment complex about the rental unit and they shared they did not know who the owner was and that others had issues before. EXPEDIA did right by me and put me into another hotel and helped with my expenses. USE EXPEDIA, but do NOT book this location. "

"The check in experience was appalling, despite reaching out to the property ahead of the 3pm time, check in information was given the information only at 5pm because they forgot to send me the link ahead for the cleaning fees. On top of that the adress of the flat was not the one I booked ..The property said they would get back to me the next day. Which they never did. Apart from that the flat was nice, clean....

"Absolutely fantastic hotel, we only had one night to explore the city and this was the perfect base. The staff are wonderful, all so friendly and helpful. There was an annual giant funfair starting the night we stayed and the hotel gave the children a toffee apple each to celebrate! Family room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast had a great variety. Would love to have stayed longer!"
