The house is on the ground floor and features a private garden and private parking, an open-plan kitchen with a large and bright living area (fully equipped kitchen, sofa bed, smart TV, and dining table), 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds that can be joined upon request), and 2 bathrooms with shower.

The garden includes a barbecue area.

Guests have access to beach amenities, including beach towels, a beach umbrella, and beach chairs.

The entire house and garden are for the exclusive use of guests.

One private parking space is available inside the property; outside the private area, along the public road, free parking is available subject to availability.

The house is located just a few minutes’ walk from the town center and main services.

Supermarkets and restaurants offering excellent local cuisine are also within walking distance.

In a short drive, guests can reach all the most beautiful beaches of Villasimius (approximately 3–7 km away), including: Simius Beach, Campulongu, Porto Giunco, Campus, Porto Sa Ruxi, Notteri, Capo Carbonara, Punta Molentis, and more.

A set of bed linen for each bed and a set of 3 towels per person (bath towel, hand towel, and face towel) are provided.
