Le Fontane Bilo 4P 4 Km From The Beach, Villasimius, Italy

The Le Fontane residence is located in Villasimius, a locality located on the south-eastern coast of Sardinia, characterized by long beaches of fine, very white sand and crystalline sea with a sloping seabed. Thanks to its position, you can easily reach some beautiful beaches such as the protected area of Capo Carbonara, Porto Giunco and Punta Molentis.

Villasimius not only offers numerous attractions such as archaeological sites and museums, but also discos, clubs, picturesque shops and typical restaurants where you can taste traditional specialties and excellent local wines. The property is located a short distance (10/15 minutes on foot) from the town center and the Simius beach just 2.5 km away. The airport and port of Cagliari are about 50 km away.

The 43 apartments are located on the 1st or 2nd floor and have balconies equipped with tables and chairs. The apartment have a living room with kitchenette and a sofa double, bedroom and a bathroom.


MANDATORY CHARGES TO BE PAID ON SPOT AT CHECK-IN:

1) FINAL CLEANING: Kitchenette and garbage disposal by the client or extra charge of € 50.00.
