Un coup de neuf serait bienvenu

Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été agréable dans l’ensemble, mais il y a quelques aspects à améliorer. L’hôtel montre des signes d’usure et aurait besoin d’un rafraîchissement pour moderniser un peu l’ambiance, qui est un peu vieillotte. De plus, l’insonorisation laisse à désirer, ce qui peut gêner si vous cherchez un endroit très calme. Cependant, le personnel est vraiment sympathique et très respectueux, ce qui a rendu mon séjour plus plaisant. Avec quelques rénovations, cet hôtel pourrait être un vrai bijou

mal relación calidad precio

no lo recomiendo, un fin de semana de relax, se corto un niño en el Spam, vino una auxiliar en prácticas a atendernos con una tirita, despois de media hora aparece la encargada del spam con un poco de betadine" en general mal para se una instancia de 4 estrellas que se ponga a trabajar

No fue nada cómodo el hecho de que la calefacción no funcionara cuando por las noches había temperaturas de 5C en el exterior y por el día no se pasaba de los 20. No se podía descansar bien y la explicación era que “estaba el modo de verano activado”. Además no había posibilidad de cargar el coche hibrido enchufa le,lo cual le quita puntos en ecología. Creo que el desayuno no estaba a la altura de un hotel de 4 estrellas. No ea la primera vez que estoy en este hotel, pero esta vez sí que me fui insatisfecho.

Climatizacion mejorable

Tanto las instalaciones del hotel como la habitación están muy bien. La atención por parte del personal de recepción y del desayuno buffet muy buena. Empaña el resultado final el hecho de que, a pesar de ser octubre, durante el día hacía un calor insoportable en la habitación. Encendí la climatización y sólo echaba aire caliente, incluso en modo frío. En recepción me dijeron que a estas alturas de año no era previsible este calor y por eso no había aire frío. Incluso de noche llegué con la ventana abierta llegué a pasar calor.

The room is modern, comfortable, big. Big free parking. Not too much around, just a public free of charge thermal pool, 200 meter from the hotel, in the woods, check it out.

personal hotel y spa muy bien limpieza no tanto

el hotel esta muy bien y el personal es realmente amable y te tratan de forma correcta lo he visitado muchas veces y siempre he quedado satisfecho al 100/100 pero en los ultimos años el nivel esta cayendo de manera alarmante por ejemplo el servicio de minibar es ridiculo y la habitacion aunque parece completamente limpia en cuanto un alergico al polvo toca las lamparas o las cortinas se volvera loco con la alergia. son pequeños detalles q aunque no son demasiado preocupantes lo q si importa es q antes no pasaba y si siguen descuidando esos pequeños detalles pasaran de ser el mejor hotel +spa de toda la zona a ser un hotel mediocre con spa

One night stay

It was a only one night stay. Very nice place with helpful staff. The room has table where you can place your laptop and work. Very good food for acceptable price and breakfast was wide with fresh orange juice.

Great Place!

We went to friend's wedding in Vilalba church. then next day go to the spa for our treat!! Brilliant place to full view and peace.. We enjoyed it.. The staff in Spa are brilliant!
