"El apartamento está nuevo y muy limpio, pero es muy pequeño,la habitación es muy justa, apenas cabe la cama que es de 1'35, el baño también muy pequeño,en la pila no te puedes lavar la cara y el salón/comedor/cocina ya es exagerado,una tele enorme,con un sofá incómodo,una mesa que no cabe y una nevera que abre al revés tropezando con el ventanal."

"Awful check in . You have to go into benidorm to pick the key up,.the pick up point is in a hotel 0at the reception..it doesn't tell u this I just happen to go into the hotel to ask where no 1 was. !?. Took half an hour for them to find the key , I had messaged the place twice for check in help .they didn't answer "

"We had 3 of the 2 Bed apartments booked for a long weekend in Benidorm for 10/11 people. We were greeted by an exceptional host, who was both friendly & informative. The apartments were extremely clean & well laid out, with all amenities that we needed (including AirCon). The location of My Pretty Payma is just perfect, you're close to all the local bars & restaurants, with the beach only a 5min walk."

"The room was not clean when we got in. Bedrooms covers smelled bad and looked dirty. The bathroom was wiped down with no leaning products so we could see stuff moved around in the sink, shower and faucets. The inside of the toilet was not clean. Had to clean it ourselves. "

An enjoyable stay

"We stayed for 5 nights and it was really enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable. The air conditioning was brilliant in the room. There is a spar supermarket across the road and the hotel is a few minutes walk to the bus stop where there’s buses every 15/20 minutes to bring you into the centre and it takes about 15 minutes on the bus. The staff in the hotel were very friendly. We didn’t include breakfast but we did enquire one morning and it was €19 per person which we felt was a bit pricey. We made use of the rooftop area and used the sun loungers and the pool. Towards the weekend on the Friday and Saturday it was very busy and we didn’t get loungers.!"

"Booked this for a few days away. Lively hotel, rooms very big, free dove toiletries a bonus, bed comfy, free air con and safe. Fridge, kettle, rea, coffee ,sugar a bonus. Loved location. Tapas alley right outside hotel. 3 beaches on your doorstep. Would deffo return iin future "
