The apartment is located right next to the sandy beach, on the second floor, and was completely renovated in 2016. It has one bedroom and one bathroom, and is designed to accommodate 2 to 4 people, as there is a double sofa bed in the living room. You have two French balconies with wonderful views of the sea and local life. Villajoyosa is a lively city during the day, but all restaurants close at a reasonable hour, ensuring you a good night's rest. Above the old town there is a Spanish city of 35,000 inhabitants, almost free of tourism throughout the year, creating a very pleasant and authentic atmosphere. The beach is only 20 metres from the apartment. The accommodation is registered and approved for rental by Turisme Comunitat Valenciana, which provides you with additional security as guests.
