"Quiet room, within 1 or 1.5 kms of walking from major attractions, friendly staff, good breakfast, good value. Got a good size bedroom and a kitchen/dining room, nice view. Basic clean sheets and toiletries. Good for people who don't mind stairs and walking. Parking on the street, paid by the hour from 8 am to 5 pm, unless you park away from blue zone, and walk."

"we based our stay from the five star reviews for this hotel. The location was fantastic with the on-site restaurant that was equally fantastic. The ‎WhatsApp concierge was extremely responsive for all the questions we had. The location is about a five minute walk to Villa d'Este. Walkable area. Even with extreme temperatures in August, we felt comfortable going back to a cool room for an afternoon siesta and to sit out the hottest part of the day. The restaurant was very pleasant with an added 15% discount for our meals. I would not recommend the breakfast option as it is not onsite. The bar restaurant recommended had terrible service with even Italians wondering why there was 1 server for all the tables. Overall, we would stay there again if we returned to Tivoli."

"We stayed in 5 different hotels over the course of two weeks. This was by far our favorite hotel. Our room was the best hotel room we have ever stayed in. The staff was so helpful, and catered to our every whim. The Roman pool was one of kind. The courtyard was gorgeous and intimate. Don't except the Ritz, but this place deserves to be heralded for what it has to offer. We will stay again for sure. Well done Giovanni!!!!"
