Nice hotel

It was a great trip.The people that work at the hotel where very nice. The only issue we had was that the next door room, their shower made an intense noise. The hotel personal where not aware of it. Hopefully they can figure it out. We where in room 204.

Very nice room. Clean and good size. The staff was very helpful. Convenient location that is a short walk away from the main square of the town and from the local activities. Having free parking is a great advantage versus the hotels located in the touristic area. The only slight negative is that it is located along a very busy street, so there is significant noise from cars and specially from motorcycles.

Está bien como hotel de paso, las personas son amables pero lo que cobran por noche para lo que ofrecen no vale la pena. Hay mejores hoteles en Villa por el mismo precio o similar. Además cobran el desayuno aparte y debes dar la hora exacta en que lo vas a tomar desde el día anterior, lo cual es muy impersonal y hasta odioso. Nosotros no lo tomamos.

Como siempre este hotel es una garantía. La profesionalidad y hospitalidad del personal son una característica de este hotel, además de la limpieza y los servicios que ofrece la estructura, que también se encuentra en una excelente ubicación en Villa de Leyva; solo se necesitan unos minutos a pie para llegar a la Plaza Mayor.

Nos parece muy inconveniente el tener que escoger una hora fija para desayunar en lugar de tener un rango de tiempo. El lavamanos de mi habitación tenía un escape de agua y aun cuando se les comunico, no tomaron medidas al respecto. El ultimo día de hospedaje se fue el agua y no prestaron la atención necesaria, encontrándose mi hija enferma. Poco compromiso y amabilidad por parte del administrador y los empleados. La calle donde esta ubicado el hotel tiene mucho tráfico, es demasiado ruidosa.
