"Our recent stay was absolutely amazing. The lication is perfect, with a direct view of Divadelni namesti, and it was especially ideal during the film festival because its right in the middle of the key cinema locations. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the view was stunning. It was also great to have a kettle in the room so we could make coffee and thea whenever we wanted. One of the best part of the stay was the pool and sauna area, indoors under the roof and has view of div namesti on one dide and the forrest on the other. The area was mostly auiet and never crowded. Brekfast was also ecxellent with a very good selection of choices. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Karlovy Vary."

"One of the best hotels i have been in not only in Czechia (where hotels and service can often be lacking) but in Europe in general. Everything was perfect, all staff were kind and helpful and attempted to answer every question (with a minor of exception of one elderly restaurant breakfast staff worker who didn’t want to know or answer anything about anything and is probably content to clear dishes the rest of his life. Everyone else, bellmen, reception, spa staff, all were excellent and helpful to the extent they could help."

"Location is great, the rooms are spacious with high ceilings, fully renovated. The daily room cleaning was not to the 4-star level we are used to, though. The carpet flores were not properly vacuumed, the beds were merely made, and the towels were changes once in 4-5 days. Also, the TV channels were very limited, particularly in English language. Bring your Netflix with you."

"Very helpful staff. The receptionist helped in making sure I found the car park, after I had missed the entrance sign. Having been told the restaurant closed at 8pm, but not that the kitchen stopped at 7, they made me up a meal around 7.15 Very large room, clean and comfortable. Even though I was next to the lift, there was no noise from this. Right in the centre of town"
