「We had an excellent stay from start to finish. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was of a very high standard with plenty of choice we only ate out once all week. The football pitch, running track, and gym were fantastic for our family, and there was also plenty of entertainment around the pool. 「This was our third time returning to Felesia Gardens and again we had a brilliant stay. The standard of service is top quality and never fails to disappoint. The hotel, rooms, pool are immaculately clean and you can see real care goes into providing the best service for their clients. We had an 18 month old and never were short of space for sunbeds or room for him to roam. There was a large selection of exquisite food to choose from as usual which changes daily. Again, a fantastic stay....

「The TV was in Russian, could only watch YouTube after signing into my YT account, not enough plugs to use toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee machine, electricity kept cutting off, took a bit to figure out the hot water system, not enough hot water. I could go on, enough said. 」
