This house can sleep up to 9 people comfortably.

Here you can enjoy peaceful days outside in the garden, while looking at the amazing views.

Fitted with a comfy sofa, you can relax in the living room after a busy day of exploring the city. The flat also has multiple windows throughout the space, allowing you to enjoy the sunlight and city views from the comfort of your home!

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal.

With 4 bedrooms, every one of them contain a comfy king-sized bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.

The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The house is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

NOTE: an electric charging at the property has a 10€ cost per day.

Guests will have the entire house for themselves during their stay. The outside garden is shared.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It's only 4 minutes away from Praia Fluvial de Crestuma and 5 minutes from Parque Botânico do Castelo.

The house is easily accessible by car.

Important note: The owner lives on the floor above.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.

There are two open-air - parking spaces available for guests inside the property.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property if our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included)
