立地だけ良い。(駐車場と夏場Openしているプールからの眺めは最高)。金曜に泊まって、空いていたのは、全体的な運営に問題があると思う。イタリアには、もっと素敵で優しい、泊まれる場所があるので、２度と泊まりません。

素晴らしくオシャレでセレブ感満天のホテルです。 立地は良く有りませんが、それをさておいてもぜひまた泊まりたいホテルです。 旅行好き＆出張多い　ので、国内、海外共にいろいろな場所に行き、いろいろなホテルに泊まりますが、人生で３本指に入るホテルでした。 アマルフィ海岸に旅行する方にぜひオススメです。 アマルフィやポジターノの値段が高い割にイマイチなホテルに泊まるより、絶対にここをオススメします。 必ず、海側の部屋を指定しましょう。素晴らしい眺めです。 その代わり、移動には不便ですが。。。

The property is really nice with great views, the food at the restaurant was excellent both nights. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating and it was clear they took pride in where they worked.

Very nice hotel. I'm not sure it's quite worthy of 5-star... more like a good 4-star, but good all the same. Good service overall. The only negative I would say was that there is a charge for the use of the spa.

The hotel location is spledid, the staff very responsive and polite. Sadly the property and services are not uo to par with a 5 star hotel, the breakfast fruits and vegetables where not fresh and it was served in what appear to be a banquet room setup for wedding, YES the views are amazing, however there seem to be mimimal effort and bugdet alloted to guest services. Spa hours are limited to 1! AM to 7PM and there is a $30 fee to access a jacuzzy and two saunas. The rooms are in poor state and in need of a refreshment. The room pictures we have seen does not represent the room we checked in at first, we eplxanied the situation and got upgraded quickly, however even the premium room was disapointing.

Beautiful view. Traveled with friends, their room was ready but ours wasn’t. After taking a shower it leaked into the hallway in front of our door into the hallway. One of the room keys didn’t work. It was ok. Hotel shuttle is limited, if you don’t have a car your stuck at the hotel or the town

The bed was not comfortable at all. The bathroom wasn’t too great either. We did love the staff for the most part. Everyone was really nice. The hotel has a great team it just needs refreshed in the actual rooms.

My husband and I loved our stay at the hotel. It was a little piece of heaven on earth💕. Vietri was very close by free shuttle that ran a few times a day. It had the best views, wonderful restaurant and fantastic breakfast. I would suggest however that the hotel start their shuttle earlier in the morning to catch the early ferry as the taxis charge too much! Thank-you for everything. We only wish we could of stayed longer. 💕

An attractive hotel and helpful staff. Lovely bedroom and high quality bedding. Hotel is not very accessible to the town and there is a small shuttle bus from the hotel at quite limited times. The only other way to get to the town is by taxi at €15 euros each way. Nearby town is quiet but has some nice restaurants. Hotel restaurant was really expensive. Pool was lovely but the pool toilets didn't seem to be serviced often and had no loo roll and needed a clean.

We really liked this place! The pool, the pool staff, the views, the dinners and music! The only thing that was a damper to our stay was that we did not have AC the first few nights we were there. It seems they only allow lower AC temperature set in the expensive “upgraded” rooms because every other guest we asked at the pool who had these rooms said that their AC was very cold. Our basic “cheaper” room had absolutely no air blowing out of the vents making it impossible to sleep! It was so hot and stuffy and couldn’t breathe! We bugged the crap out of the front desk staff until they got tired of us and finally lowered the temperatures a bit. They control every room’s AC temperature from their computer in the front but as they all do, they lied to us and said the engineers were sent many times to our room to try fixing it. I just don’t appreciate constantly being lied to and screwed over. You’ll find this a lot in Italy, which is not cool so be on your A game! Be vigilant!

Carmen at the front desk and the rest of her colleagues at the hotel were great and so very helpful with every need that was requested! The Raito Hotel is well maintained, with a great pool and has a beautiful view of the Port of Salerno and the town of Vietri sul Mare below. Highly recommend to stay here if your plans include all of the Amalfi coast.

I enjoyed my stay at hotel Raito but the hotel is a bit dated. The restaurant is a 10/10 we really enjoyed the food. The bathroom was really tiny.

The staff and chef are amazing. Breakfast buffet included and dinner menu and wine selection are great. Spa experience massage and use of the large jacuzzi pool, steam room, sauna and lounge area inside and out were worth it. Pool with swim up bar had plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas though many are off the pool. Views! Lemon garden dinner spectacular. Went with my husband and 13 yr old and we had a wonderful time relaxing. Short taxi or free shuttle to the center of town, beach club and water taxis to other towns along the coast. Far from Carpi but possible to get there.

Amazing Experience
I had a wonderful experience at the Raito hotel. I will definitely be coming back. I thank the whole staff for making my stay an amazing experience. The restaurant was delicious for breakfast and dinner, the rooms were comfortable, clean and the view was outstanding. There is nothing that I can say could do better. Thank you again. I highly recommend this hotel if your staying in the Amalfi Coast.

We had a wonderful time at Hotel Raito. The overall place is absolutely gorgeous - fantastic views, a calm and serene atmosphere and wonderful staff! The restaurant team is incredible - special shoutout to Giovanni for making our dining experiences top notch. The hotel is a 7 minute shuttle drive from the town Vietri Sul Mare, so very accessible and from there you can do anything. Best part of the Amalfi Coast. Would absolutely come here again, and then some!

The property and staff were excellent, we were very well looked after. Perfect location for us The property was beautiful and well maintained, we had a minor issue with our room however it was promptly repaired...no questions asked. We would 100% stay here again!!!!

The restaurant grill is not really a grill but a pizzeria. There is a lot of noise the morning due to the housekeeper speaking loudly in the corridor. They are also not very ecofriendly, as they change every day the sheets, the shower gels etc even of ot's not needed. The view is very nice and the pool too. But for a 5 stars, they could make better efforts in many points.

Prachtig hotel met een uniek uitzicht over Vietri Sul Mare. De service in het hotel was echt enorm goed, en ook het restaurant voor het diner was het beste wat wij tijdens ons verblijf in de Amalfi kust gegeten hebben. Het hotel heeft een shuttle service richting het centrum en bieden tevens enorm goede service om te helpen met andere zaken. Kamers werden soms zelfs 2 keer per dag schoongemaakt, we hebben enorm genoten en zouden het hotel 100% aanraden. Wij zijn verliefd geworden op Vietri Sul Mare en zouden deze stad zeker boven bijvoorbeeld Sorrento aanraden. Door het uitzicht vanaf dit hotel realiseer je je nog beter dat het een prachtige stad is.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful located on the Amalfi coast hills. The views are breathtaking. The pool is wow amazing overlooking the Mediterranean sea. The restaurants are first class. The staff is amazing and super friendly. Our room had a balcony sitting area that was also breathtaking. Our room was beautiful. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Especially if you want a quiet and relaxing stay.

We love everything about this hotel. I was with my 86 year old mother who walks with a cane. The first room they gave us was far from the elevator and also required us to go up a flight of stairs. The front desk girls promptly moved us to another beautiful room. Both rooms were wonderful with spectacular terraces with views. Sylvanna and Frederica at the front desk were wonderful. And the manager greeted us several times to make sure everything was perfect. The restaurant and staff there also equally as amazing. I plan to come back again soon. Love this hotel !
