Ok place for 1 night
This is a nice place for one night stay only. This Room A has a shared bathroom/restroom - please note this. The bathroom/restroom is shared by 2 Rooms - Room A and D - we missed to see this! (Description had this but we missed this :-) ) We stayed here for 1 night just to see the bioluminescent bay - so we were ok! This place has 2 other rooms as well - so the place has 4 rooms! living room and balcony are shared! Will be ok/comfortable for 1 night! Very near to the ferry terminal (walkable) and the city! Very helpful Host - quick reply/response! Place is nice and clean!

The property (Casa San Juan Guesthouse Room A) listing on Expedia.com does not mention that bathroom is shared.Yes, it is 1 bathrooom shared with 2 units. Based on the false information provided by Expedia ( Each unit has it own bathroom) - I made a reservation for this property in Vieques for 1 night (Dec12 to Dec 13 ) during my vacation to PuertoRico. When I reached the property on Dec 12 - I was shocked to see the property does not have its own bathroom. I was not comfortable sharing bathroom with other guests so I checked-out immediately (after making calls to property owner and Expedia/Vrbo customer care for refund) and made another booking in Airbnb. When I called (phone call) property owner - he mentioned that he never listed his property on Expedia. He only listed the property in Vrbo and also clarified that the bathroom was listed as a shared one in Vrbo. As I have made booking from Expedia (not Vrbo) - I tried calling Expedia customer care for a refund, but every single time the call is internally redirected to Vrbo team beacuse Vrbo is part of Expedia Group. In Serveral calls with Vrbo customer care team- I have explained the situation, but I haven't received any resolution on my refund. Note: Based on my information - Vrbo has removed the property from its site, but Expedia still continue to displays the property as if the unit has its own bathroom (misleading information).
