「The staff ignored my requests twice and messed up my breakfast reservation.
First, after staying one night, I found that the room had not been cleaned. The front staff mentioned they only clean rooms and change towels upon request, which was information they hadn't provided at check-in. I was surprised and requested that my room be cleaned for the remaining two days of my stay. Surprisingly, they DID NOT clean it the next day.
