Room was cleaned every day, breakfast was great with a nice selection of items, very close to public transport , with walking distance to some of the major attractions, Stephenplatz, Hopburg Castle, plenty of places nearby to eat would definitely stay again.

Kamer was basic, maar adequate. Bath tub and sink need recoating and bathroom doorframe needs repainting. The best thing about this residence is the breakfast: so many choices and nicely set tables, friendly personnel. The location is fantastic: easy walk to Stephansdom etc and Ubahn network. I would definitely stay there again!

It was clean and the staff were very polite and helpful. The laundry room and the restroom were right next to the bedroom I stayed in. It was very noisy and I could not sleep. So, I told that to a staff and he made sure the no one will use the Landry. It just noisy but everything else was great!

The locatario. Is good. Cecilia, in charge of breakfast was great. The person on the front desk was good when i arrived. Then a younger men replace him. He was very bad. I ask for help to direct me to bus station.he had no clue. Even send me to the wrong station. The place needs some update, wall to wall carpet very tired. But it is clean

Centrally located and Ideal

The accommodations were ideal here. They were perfect for my family with a nice large bathroom and shower. The location was very centrally located, making it easy to get to the awesome sites of Vienna. The breakfasts are well worth it and very filling.

great staff and location was central. Easy to walk to popular tourist sites. The breakfast was good and convenient. The only negatives were that there was construction noise before 8 AM one morning (not the hotels fault) and one night there was no hot water for a shower(resolved in the morning).

This is a well hidden away gem of a place to stay, especially if you want to save money in one of the most expensive cities in Europe by taking a room with a shared bathroom. I still actually had my own shower and basin. The breakfast area could do with being bigger to seat more people, but there is not much they can do about it. The area can be quite noisy but if you close your window at night it's fine. Staff were very friendly and spoke good English and the room was clean and had everything I needed. Also more spacious than I thought it would be for a single. Overall - loved it.
