到着時にタクシーの運転手さんとトラブルがあり、気の重い旅の始まりでしたが、このホテル、スタッフの皆さんのお陰で楽しいウィーン滞在となりました。 今度は連泊したいです。 今回のお部屋はスイートでしたが、文句無く素敵です。

快適に滞在できるホテル
フロントデスクでウェルカムドリンクのサービスがあるなど気が効いており、スタッフはフレンドリー。朝食会場が向かい側の姉妹ホテルまで行かなければならないのがマイナスだが、部屋は清潔でスリッパも用意されているなど快適な滞在が期待出来る。

Excellent location, clean, close proximity to everything. Only down fall, the AC was not working properly and got a bit hot at night. It was raining and it was nice they offered umbrellas for guest. I didn’t know how important this was until I got to Florence and the hotel had no umbrellas for guests and had to buy one.

Nice boutique hotel with a salon for guests offering free snacks and drinks after 11am. Lovely window seats in each of the rooms. Great central location to shopping, dining and subway. TV’s are old and do not support Netflix’s.

Everything was good. However, temperature in a room was too high. I tried to regulate- with no success. Asked for help- and a lady from a reception came, did the same what I have done - with the same result

Conveniently located. Lovely room, friendly and helpful staff. Really liked the window and people watching on the Main Street. Close to all local sites and I would book again. Only one downfall, the walls were quite thin. Couldn’t hear outside but could hear the neighbours having adult time.

Siamo stati nella parte con le finestre circolari e zona sofà inserita all’altezza degli affacci. Moderna e ben curata, con biancheria di buona qualità. La camera era molto confortevole anche se per 3 persone - due adulti e una ragazza - era poco spaziosa ma assolutamente comoda e funzionale. Se devo trovare una nota da segnalare sono i doppi cuscini entrambi troppo morbidì e così, almeno per mio gusto, anche il materasso. I prodotti da toletta della Molton Brown sono stati molto apprezzati. Personale squisito. Ottimo il voto complessivo.

Topazz. Exellent bathroom, stylish cosy room, very good location, helpfull stuff. Taxi stand 20m from the door. Albertina and Opera 12 min by foot, Cathedral 3 min by foot. Very good overall!

The hotel is centrally located and an easy walk to many museums and shops. The staff were helpful and friendly. There is no gym or restaurant but they do offer a great breakfast. My room was clean and well-designed, with a large bathroom with a great hairdryer. The window seating is fun, with a good view of the streets below. Perfect hotel for groups or couples.

Lovely hotel
The hotel is very well located about 3 min walk to the center. The Staff was more then Friendly and helpful to us since my mom was sick. They did everything in there power to feal at home. The rooms are very nice decorated and so is the bathroom. All over i highly recommend. The only thing that i will choose next time is a bigger room du to large bagged.
