Modern furnished apartment near the Vienna State Opera. The central location offers ideal conditions for a magical stay in Vienna. Ideal also for a business stay. The immediate vicinity to the center with excellent connection to CAT and important train stations allows short travel times, where you do not have to rely on car or public transport.

The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the Vienna University of Technology and the famous and mainly frequented by Vienna's creative people Kunsthallencafé at Karlsplatz, which is also one of the most important transport hubs of the Austrian capital and thus also guarantees a first-class connection to public transport. If one of your destinations is not within walking distance - the Karlsplatz station can be reached in 2-3 minutes and offers connections in practically all directions with the U1, U2 and U4 subway lines and numerous other streetcar and bus connections. Hotspots in the immediate vicinity include the Kunsthalle Wien, the Karlskirche, the Musikverein and the Vienna State Opera, as well as the popular Naschmarkt.

Several subways and streetcars leave directly at Karlsplatz near the apartment.

VIENNA TRIP

We enjoyed the apartment and it's proximity to the opera, Musikverein, Dom, exquisite Cafes, etc. Everything went smoothly. Some suggestions for an even better experience: the instructions to unlock the main door of the building were not entirely clear and accurate. It took some creating thinking of my daughter to open the door. Consider making the system simpler and accurate. Same goes for inside instructions regarding wifi access and electric stove which were nonexistent. I finally saw the second day the network and the unusually long pass code scribbled on the router, while watching a video online for instructions to use the stove. By the way the wifi signal is weak and does not extend to the bedroom. There were also TV remotes in drawers that we only discovered days later.
