Comfortable Room Close to City Center

This private room is on the 3rd floor (with elevator) of a residential building in Vienna’s 10th district. The 23 m² room is part of a flat with two other rooms and is suitable for up to 3 guests. You can use the common kitchen, bathroom, and balcony.

The bedroom has a double bed, a sofa bed, a Smart TV, and a wardrobe. It’s a quiet and comfortable space for 3 guests.

The window faces the courtyard, so the room gets natural light and is usually quiet. You may hear some sounds from other guests, but overall it stays peaceful.

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including an oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee maker, cutlery, and basic cooking tools. There’s also a small dining table for two.

The balcony is also available for you to use and is a nice spot to get some fresh air.

The bathroom has a bathtub, toilet, sink, and a washing machine. It’s shared with two other rooms and kept clean. Basic toiletries are provided.
