Ich habe diese Unterkunft unter FeWo-direct unter der Annahme gebucht, dass ich eine Ferienwohnung erhalte, die ich alleine bewohne (so wie es bisher alle gebuchten Ferienwohnungen waren). Diese Ferienwohnung war aber eine Wohnung im vierten Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses mit drei Zimmern, welche alle separat vermietet waren. Flur, Küche, Bad und WC mussten gemeinsam benutzt werden. Alle Bewohner der anderen Räume verbrachten über die vier Tage meiner Anwesenheit nur eine Nacht darin. Die anderen Bewohner kamen mehrheitlich gegen 00:00 Uhr oder 01:00 Uhr an und verhielten sich lautstark. Laute Gespräche, laufende Fernseher oder ähnliches, Geräusche, die ein Paar von sich gab. In der Nacht von Donnerstag auf Freitag wurde neben lauten Gesprächen gegen 02:00 Uhr die Wohnungsklingel geläutet, schließlich wurde gegen 03:00 Uhr die Waschmaschine im Badezimmer neben meinem Zimmer gestartet. Alle nach 22:00 Uhr eintreffenden Gäste haben natürlich auch nach ihrem Eintreffen Dusche und WC benutzt. In der Hausordnung war 22:00 Uhr als Nachtruhe angegeben. Meine Beschwerde darüber, dass ich bei Buchung einer Ferienwohnung eine alleinige Nutzung erwarte und Bitte um eine andere Wohnung wurde von "Bakir" per WhatsApp nur damit beantwortet, dass ich einen "private room" gebucht habe. An einem Tag waren Bad und Küche nicht gereinigt. Ein Stromausfall wurde erst nach Einbruch der Nacht behoben. Ich bin heute völlig übermüdet abgereist. Ich erwarte von FeWo-direct eine Stellungnahme dazu.
