The space

This cozy 1-bedroom apartment is on the ground floor of a residential building and offers 25 m² of space. It's perfect for up to 2 guests, ideal for a couple or a solo traveler. You’ll have your own private kitchen and private bathroom, so everything is just for you.



The bedroom has a double bed (140x200 cm), a wardrobe, and bedside lamps to make your stay comfortable. There’s no separate living room, but the space is arranged to be cozy and practical.



Please note that since the windows are facing the street, there might be some noise.



The kitchen is private and fully equipped with everything you need: stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, pots, and pans, perfect for cooking meals.



You’ll also find a small dining table with two chairs in the bedroom area, great for eating or working.



A washing machine is available inside the apartment if you need to do laundry.



The private bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, fresh towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer. It’s not inside the bedroom, but it's only for your use and fully private.
