2 Bedroom Apart with Balcony in Reindorf

Welcome to our apartment, ideally located between the historic Schloss Schönbrunn and the bustling Westbahnhof railway station. The Apartment includes a living room and 2 bedrooms and it is optimal for up to 6 people (5 people in the bedrooms, and a pull-out couch in living room gives room for another 1 person).

The Apartment has 82 m² and is optimal for 5 – 6 persons (small group or family). It is on the 2nd floor (without elevator) and has a balcony.
The larger bedroom includes a comfortable bed for 2 adults and a single bed. The smaller bedroom has 2 single bed.
The living room has a pull-out couch (1 person). The living room also includes a TV and a dining room area. The kitchen is located in the entrance area of the apartment (includes a stove, an oven, a refrigerator and a dish washer).
In the bathroom there is a bathtub and a sink.
WIFI is available.

*Cleaning Policy:
The will be clean only before and after your stay. If you wish to have extra cleaning, you can book it in our extra services for an additional price.

In addition, We propose extra services such as late check-out. All these services can be found in the reservation page.

All important information (such as reservation details, check-in instructions, google maps directions, extra services etc.) can be found on your reservation page. All guests will get access to the link via message.
Please note that you need to access your reservation page in order to access you booked apartment.

*Longer stays
We offer monthly discount for longer period of stay. Please kindly let us know if you are interested in staying longer with us !

A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.
Due to legal regulations, the guests have to enter themselves in an online guest book (name, identification data, address).

Please close all windows and lock the doors when you leave the apartment.

During the heating period: to save energy, please only open the windows briefly to air them out - do not leave them open or tilted open all the time.
Recommended room temperature for heating setting: 20-21 degrees Celsius; please do not set more than 22-23 degrees.
