Upon going up, we find a spacious and fabulously decorated living-dining room with comfortable sofas, a living room table and opposite a large fireplace to gather everyone and a large Smart TV. This area is very well illuminated by its exterior terrace from the entrance, furnished with a small table and chairs to enjoy a coffee outside. From the main door of the house is the entrance hall, a wardrobe to leave jackets and a toilet.At this same level to the left of the sofa area, you will find the spacious dining table for 10 diners, this area has a lot of natural light because it has access to the interior garden terrace. In front of the table is the modern open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with the best appliances and utensils, it also includes a two-temperature wine fridge, large oven and refrigerator.
