A good address to keep

Medium-size aparthotel close to, but not in, the center. One bedroom was large and had a view of the river, the public piscine, and the mountainside. Decor was nice, cleaned well and water was hot. Kitchen was equipped. We were there three nights in low season and found a few workmen and motorcycle tourists staying. Room was quiet. Skip the breakfast and walk 15m to the great cafeteria just opposite, Eth Carlis. The offer of the hotel did not match up. Two small things: a small black mold in the bath needs attention......and the Halloween decor! The sign on the door(funny?) Is not great marketing. We liked the place overall and would return.

Impeccable en famille

Appartement spacieux et agréable, lumineux et bien equipé. Lit bebe dipsonible et installé avant notre arrivee. Possibilité d'arriver un peu avant 17h, la carte de la chambre etait disponible en autonomie a l'accueil. Pour le prix c'est parfait !

Estancia recomendable en el Valle

La atención y acogida por parte del personal a la llegada fue excelente. El acceso a la habitación a partir de las 17h para mi gusto es un poco tardío, pero aceptable. Tanto el hotel como la habitación estaban muy bien aclimatados y todo limpio, excepto la vajilla, que no estaba muy limpia. Tuvimos que lavar todo lo que queríamos utilizar. Nosotros estábamos en la primera planta y no se oía nada de ruido, pudimos descansar muy bien, así que recomendable!

Property was central, within easy reach of town. Lovely walk around area especially the river. Had issues with key card which staff did help with but gave impression they were unhappy with us. Insinuating we had it next to phone etc.

La primera vez que acudia a unas instalaciones como "pequeñas casas" no olvidemos que son Apartamentos con recepción, no solo habitaciones, por consiguiente he pidido disfrutar de una atonomia mas que suficiente y muy satisfactoria, el personal que me atendió es absolutamente excelente

Esta bien situado en la capital del valle de Aran, cerca de la calle mayor, buena zona para en entrar aparcamiento.La equipación de la cocina, la zona del dormitorio....deberían de po er aire en las habitaciones porque hay momentos en los que se nota mucho calor, el baño deberían de reforma los...por lo menos el 2 piso do de estuvimos si...las tv un poco pequeñas...limpieza día si día no, pero para lo que se esta en la habitacionbien...suficiente.
