The space

Step inside to a warm and inviting atmosphere with thoughtful touches throughout.

● Living Area: Plush sofas with soft throws and pillows make the space perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Victoria.

● Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped kitchen with sleek countertops and all the essentials to prepare meals. Dine comfortably in the adjacent area while watching TV.

● Bedrooms: Two well-appointed bedrooms with crisp linens and plush bedding ensure restful nights.

● Outdoor Space: Private patio ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation amidst lush greenery.

● Additional Amenities: In-suite laundry and hot water for added comfort.

Minutes from Florence Lake, Costco, and other amenities. Close to Bear Mountain Golfing and quick access to the highway.


Other things to note

Maximum Occupancy: 4 guests (including children). Exceeding this limit may result in removal.

House Rules:

● No smoking inside the property. The Fire Lane next to the house is available for smoking—please clean up after yourself.

● No driveway parking; driveway may be used for loading/unloading. Street parking is available. Contact host if needed.

● Deck attached to the suite is the provided outdoor space; rest of backyard is off-limits.

● No parties, events, or large gatherings without host approval.

● Respect neighbors; quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

● No pets allowed

● No shoes inside the home

● Only registered guests are allowed (maximum of 4 occupants including children)

● Please report damages promptly; avoid putting coffee grounds down sinks or toilets.

● Clean dishes before departure or leave them in the dishwasher

Failure to follow these rules may result in removal from the property and possible fines.

Generally good, exactly as advertised. This is a downstairs unit and was quite noisy upstairs.

Wifi was out for almost an entire day and had to wait for the owner to get home and reset the modem...a bit frustrating as we needed an internet connection that day. Otherwise the unit was clean and well set up

Suite was very nice, clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Beds and the sectional couch were comfortable. Bathroom was well stocked with towels. Fairly priced for the area. I would not recommend it for anyone with mobility issues due to the steep stairs accessing it. I would also not recommend it to anyone planning to hang out more on site during the day as it is owner occupied and there is a fair amount of noise from the upstairs and outside due to the ongoing construction of the large apartment block nearby. Parking was good when we were there though if it is busy, street parking could be a bit tough to find as the neighbouring yards are primarily driveways.

The location was good, accommodations had everything we needed. Place was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Only complaints were that we could hear the noise from upstairs.

It was very clean and a nice neighborhood. I just think I would have like to have a blind above the kitchen sink because it gets so dark a night. It would be nice.

The location was close to stores, shopping etc. A longish drive to Fishermans wharf though. The suite was quite nice but not really suitable to sleep 4 people. Queen bed in one bedroom and a double in the other. One person had to sleep on the couch. The queen bed itself was way to soft and lacked support. The unit is not suitable for people with mobility issues. There is a flight of narrow stairs that can't be avoided to get to the suite around the back of the house. Also every morning we were woken a bit early ( 6:30-7am ) by what sounded like a coffee grinder upstairs. Not enough towels, face cloths or bathroom tissue was left fo r us There were plenty of eating utensils, pots n pans etc. With a few tweaks the accommmodation could be better. I suggest adding a side gate in the fence beside the house to avoid the need for climbing stairs. Replace queen size bed. And not advertise as suitable for 4 people.

Convenient location to Victoria and other attractions

Nice views from the house. Rental is on the lower level of the house, very little noise above us. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfy, and the rental was clean. Nice to have the ability to do our laundry as well.

This was one of the most quaint and homey places I've ever visited. It's fully equipped with everything you might need and more - all the kitchen appliances, boardgames, a wii!! - as well as really cozy beds and furniture. I'd highly recommend it to anyone staying in the area.
