The bed was super comfortable. There was a full bathroom off of the bedroom. A tv in the room would have been nice.

Nice and clean. It’s very fun to play the billiards and work out at home. 20 mins drive from the downtown or ferry. Quiet and peaceful community.

Property was nice, clean ,orderly. It was just a bit loud, as voices carried easily on the main floor into the evening which was a bit disruptive. I am sensitive to noise though.

There was a shared house with no separate entrance or privacy. It had a kitchen but not private just like everything about this property. If like to live like a student and share space this may work well for you. Would not recommend this place and for the price charged it was disappointing.

The largest disappointment with the property is that it was not clear that this was a room within a house with a shared space; therefore my expectation was not aligned. Unfortunately the connection between Expedia and VRBO does not work properly and alerts and communications did not make it through between me and the host. This resulted in quite a bit of confusion on check in.

Was listed on VRBO which are unoccupied vacation rental. This was one master bedroom. I was intending to share with nephew and cook all of meals on vacation. I found a hotel with a kitchenette. I didn’t stay at this property with the owners home and a 2nd bedroom sold to another stranger A very unsafe environment for a woman traveling alone to visit her nephew in Victoria.

A huge thank you to the family! Everyone was incredibly nice and easy-going. The property owner went above and beyond to help me catch my flight when the Uber driver was 23 minutes away. I woke him up at 5:55 AM, and he kindly offered to drive me from his home to the airport, ensuring I made my 6:25 AM flight. The property is clean and quiet. It's a bit far away from the Downtown area but is very close to Cordova Bay and Elk lake. The manager / owner is kind and helpful. The owner might not be reachable over call at times but is helpful in person.
