Right in the heart of beautiful Victoria, our condo is within walking distance to all the downtown area has to offer. Step out and explore the Inner Harbour, Government Street, Chinatown, Beacon Hill Park, the Royal BC Museum, the Empress Hotel, the Parliament buildings, Bastion Square, Market Square and the many funky restaurants and cocktail bars spread throughout the downtown core.

After a day exploring our beautiful city, drive into your secure parking spot and take the elevator up to a quiet and relaxing space. The condo is one of four units per floor in a concrete building, so peace and privacy are ensured. Large windows in every room make for a very bright and airy welcoming home which has in-floor radiant heating.

There are two separate bedrooms - one with ensuite bathroom (tub/shower) and own TV, and the other with bathroom (shower) just outside the room. Fans are available in each bedroom, which have room-darkening shades to ensure a restful sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, Denby china, kettle and coffee maker ready for you to enjoy morning coffee or tea on the balcony or at the bar perched on one of the four stools around the counter.

TV, Netflix and wifi are included. Washer and dryer are available for guest use. Complimentary tea and coffee are provided for your first couple of days, as well as basic herbs and spices. We also have a number of board games available for your enjoyment. We use environmentally friendly and natural body care products.

You will have full use of the condo, outdoor patio and car and bicycle parking spot. The building is secure and is strictly non-smoking inside or on the patio or in any of the public spaces. Please make sure you read our condo information binder which is full of helpful hints and recommendations you will need so you can explore the city easily.

We are meticulous about cleaning and use safe, natural and biodegradable products to clean and disinfect the condo.

Wonderful weekend away

A great base

The apartment was very clean and comfortable with nice bedlinen, well equipped kitchen and easy access. It made a great base for exploring Victoria as it was very centrally placed making it a great location to explore shops, restaurants and the harbour all on foot.

Perfect downtown getaway

The property was in a great location! Conveniently located by many restaurants, experiences and coffee shops. The condo was quiet and clean. The check in and out process was simple ; the secured parking was a great addition to our stay! Our vehicle was safe while we walked throughout the city.

Victoria getaway

A short weekend getaway for my husband and I and our son and his girlfriend. A perfect location - central and close to great restaurants, the harbour, shopping, et cetera. Sanna was very helpful. We would highly recommend!

Lovely property!

Great location in Victoria and property did not disappoint. The entire unit was well appointed with furnishings and artwork. On site parking and so many amenities in walking distance made a great stay. Host Sanna answered any question promptly. Hope to go back again soon and stay longer.

Lovely apartment in a great location

This is a really nice and well-equipped apartment. It has a very nice layout. Its location makes it quite quiet, even though it is right downtown, and it was a bonus to have parking included. We also appreciated the full set of kitchen implements!

Comfortable and well located

Wonderful location for exploring on foot, easy access to hiways make this very clean, comfortable condo ideal for a stay in Victoria. Excellent communication with the owner! Great beds (plus nice linens) and quiet building made for restful evenings. Bakeries, coffee houses, shops all steps away, plus all the inner harbour to explore just down the street! Five happy stars!

This was our first trip to Victoria. This property is in a good location. It is in walking distance of good restaurants and shops. You will need transportation (city or private) to get to Butchart Gardens. Enjoy your stay!

This property was perfect for our group of 2 couples! Location was very central to our scheduled tour meets and places we wanted to visit. Everything was clean, fresh and comfortable. Little touches like luxury linens, soaps and even bedroom fans made things quite nice! Perfect!

Great location and accommodation in Victoria

The property was as advertised. It's location was better than we expected. The whole experience for the four of us was "Wonderful." The kitchen had everything we'd need if we wanted to eat in, but with all the fantastic eateries nearby it was hard not to go out and enjoy. I'd recommend this unit to anyone who wanted a relaxing stay in a great location.

Perfect location

When we arrived, we parked our car in the secured space and did not need to use it until it was time to leave. We walked everywhere. The unit was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Will definitely stay again when visiting Victoria. Unfortunately we were not able to sample the ‘sweet shop’ next door due to their limited hours.

Victoria Condo

This condo is in a very good location in Victoria. It's walking distance to shopping, restaurants, popular bars and the waterfront. We walked to it with our luggage from the ferry. The owner was very accommodating when we got our check in information mixed up with a condo in Seattle. The condo is neat, clean and comfortable with a cute patio off of the master bedroom.

Perfect downtown condo for 4 adults

This 2 bedroom condo just blocks from the Inner Harbour is super comfortable and nicely appointed. The bedrooms are separated by the living area for privacy. A selection of spices, tea & coffee, and bath soaps are provided. Located near the symphony hall, shopping streets, and a variety of restaurants, the condo is a very convenient city-walking base. Communication with the owner was easy, very welcoming, and she gave quick responses. We definitely would stay again. Thank you, Sanna!

Great condo great location

Great communication with Sanna before and during our stay. She was very responsive. The check in process was smooth. Parking was great. Well equipped. Even though we stayed in late July, we found the temperature very comfortable. The location is awesome and we walked to most things except for the occasional drive (like the gardens). The gulls were a quite noisy this time of year, but you stay anywhere downtown you’ll hear them. We’d stay again for sure. Five stars!

This is a great condo!

This was a great condo in downtown Victoria! We are a family of 4 with two 5 year olds and this condo worked great for us. There is a good selection of games that we enjoyed playing together. There are blackout curtains in the bedrooms so we were all able to sleep well. The check-in process is a little convoluted and confusing, but Sanna was very communicative about it and it was so helpful! I wish we were staying a couple more days to explore the neighborhood and get to enjoy the lovely patio. I highly recommend this condo and look forward to staying again.
