  • Welcome to Rosie’s Cozy Retreat — a modern, clean, bright, and private, fully furnished one-bedroom, self-contained suite located within our owner-occupied home in beautiful Saanich, B.C. Thoughtful comforts throughout make this a relaxing and convenient place to stay.

    Bright and welcoming from the moment you walk in, the open-concept, ground-level suite features large windows and excellent natural light. The suite is fully self-contained with its own private, secure entrance and is completely separate from the main living areas.

A fabulous place - bright, modern, super clean, well furnished, quiet, with its own private entrance. This is probably the best place we’ve ever stayed at - Linda thought of everything one would ever need during a stay - in fact it’s probably better equipped than our house at home. You can tell she takes great care of the apartment with superb pride of ownership. Really nice touches such as welcome note and little treats upon arrival made us feel very welcomed and valued. Thank you again for making our trip to Victoria such an amazing experience!

Linda is a GREAT host and her property is wonderful. It has all the commodities you need and little touches that make the space feel wonderful. She goes the extra mile in little conveniences around the home to ensure it’s a pleasant stay. Will definitely come back again when in the Victoria area.

The suite was very clean, check in was a breeze, bed was comfortable, and had pretty well every amenity one may need. Very nice natural light and we were greeted with some yummy treats. There was a little noise one morning above us and the 10:00 checkout felt a smidge early, but overall it was a lovely place to stay in a nice, quiet part of the city.

The suite was immaculately clean, comfortable and flawlessly maintained. The attention to detail was exceptional. Whatever was needed was there. And there were the little extras like a welcome treat, cooking essentials and toiletries. This location is in easy reach of downtown. We will stay here again.

Super clean and cozy one bedroom apartment with easy parking. I thoroughly enjoy staying here on my visits to Victoria, it's my top choice. Bed is comfortable, it's quiet, water pressure is strong, kitchen is fully stocked. Host goes extra mile with full coffee service and snacks. Home away from home.

Linda went out of her way to make the place welcoming. She left sweet treats for us and a toy for our dog. The place itself is adorable, well equipped, and in a great location. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Victoria!

My sister an i take an annual trip somewhere each year. Started staying in Vrbo several years ago. This was by far our most pleasant experience. The owner had such personal touches, from fresh eggs for ourfirst breakfast to a gift from the area and delicious treats awaiting us. Super place to stay.
