"The first day when we arrived, I bought the gift from the office that was an awful experience to me because she didn't even have any bags for the stuff I bought from there, the day when we leave, another staff was very nice, she helped me find a scale . The bed, mattress, and pillows were perfect to my sleep. Mattress and pillows are so soft, like the soft feathers and clouds . Also, the solid wood decoration and the good quality wood floor, which there have only a few gaps between all the connection of wood pieces , amazing This resort definitely deserves 5 star reviews . "We loved our stay here during shoulder season. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, a quiet evening and slept so well. The rooms are nicely updated, and the sofa sleeper had all the needed linens ready to go. Our room had a fireplace which was a lovely added touch. We love staying here."

"Very cute place to stay for the novelty. Cute cabin. Quiet. Nice s’mores kit left out. For the price of the cabin plus the resort fee, breakfast should have been much better. Some bagels, oatmeal cups (that had no flavor), and sad looking fruit. Since the town of Victor didn’t have much of anything, we had to leave earlier than we wanted to drive to a bigger city to get food for our kids. Side note, the shower head needs replacing and bring your own shower supplies, we didn’t have enough. "
