Located on the 1st floor (no elevator) of the residence, near the Cavilam (800 meters), the thermal baths, the shopping center, and the movie theater (600 meters), as well as parks, brasseries, and restaurants (300 meters).

The residence does not have parking spaces, but it’s fairly easy to park on Boulevard Kennedy or Boulevard des États-Unis and at Place Sévigné, behind the residence.
