静かで快適なエリアにある魅力的なタウンハウス。公園とアリエから50m、市内中心部から15分、LardyポールとCavilamの近く。 この明るい家は1階にあり、リビングルーム、キッチン、トイレは閉じた中庭を見下ろし、太陽によくさらされています。 床に3つの部屋（2つのベッド160 x 200と1つのベッド100 x 200）、大きなシャワーとトイレが付いている水の部屋。 グラウンドフロアは片側が閉鎖された中庭と通じ、もう一方はパーゴラ付きのガーデン家具と閉鎖された駐車場を備えたテラスに通じています。

Location parfaite. Propreté impeccable, bonne literie, linge de maison, vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine prevus en grande quantite. Les amenagements exterieurs sont tres agreables et inattendus pour une maison de ville. A 2 pas des bords de l Allier et a 5 mn a pied d un supermarché. Les hotes sont particulierement accueillants et mettent a disposition de leurs locataires tout ce qu il faut pour un sejour reussi. Adresse a recommander sans restriction.

Lovely town house with secure, private parking.Pleasant terrace garden with plenty of seating and shade if needed.Easy 20 min walk into centre of town through riverside park. Supermarket 3 min walk away.

Erholung pur in super gemütlichem Haus

Wir haben unseren zweiwöchigen Urlaub in Vichy dank dieser tollen Unterkunft äusserst genossen. Das Haus ist gross, mit zwei riesigen Terassen, die Ausstattung ist komplett, alles ist sehr sauber, es duftet den ganzen Tag nach Lavendel. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und sympathisch. Die Lage ist auch toll: Nahe der Fluss-Park-Spass-Spiel-Sport-Chill-Landschaft Vichys, der Supermarkt ist gerade um die Ecke. Einfach alles toll! Merci beaucoup!

Propriétaire accueillant et intentionné. Maison très bien entretenue et fonctionnelle. Proche des commerces, du site touristique de Vichy, et au bord des rives de l'Allier. Tout y est pour passer un agréable séjour !

Excellente location

Rien à redire. Propreté est le premier mot qui me vient à l'esprit. Situé à 5 minutes du centre ville à pied en passant le long de l'allier. Endroit idéalé pour le vélo ...(personne sur les routes .....en sortant de Vichy).

Ideale und ruhige Stadtrandlage

Wir waren für 10 Tage in diesem Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Ein schöner Innenhof lädt zum zum Essen und Entspannen ein. Die Lage nahe am Park und See von Vichy war für uns ideal.

Charmante maison de ville

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cette charmante maison de ville située à quelques minutes de l’Allier et du centre ville. La promenade le long de la rivière est très agréable, dans un parc magnifiques et avec des activités pour les enfants et des restos sympas. La maison est parfaite, on n’a manqué de rien et le propriétaire a été très accueillant sympathique et arrangeant, au vu de nos changements d’heure d’arrivée. Nous recommandons cette location sans aucun problème !

Maison très agréable, très bien équipée, très propre et claire. Des espaces rangements très appréciables, beaucoup de vaisselle, possibilité de manger en extérieur dans des lieus fleuris. Cour assez spacieuse pour y garer deux véhicules. Proximité d’un magasin Intermarché. Les propriétaires nous ont très bien accueilli . Location à recommander.

A great place to stay

Five adults, our family met-up in Vichy at this wonderfully spacious house, having travelled from various parts of europe. The Vichy/Cussett location was ideal for all of us to travel to and offered high quality restaurants, cafes, tourist shopping, artisan & general food stores. In addition offering watersports, cycling and walking. Recommend the Wild Water Rafting! Also various cultural aspects of a Spa city. The property is excellent, large bedrooms, with plenty of storage and a well equipped kitchen. Good technology WiFi, TV etc. The real bonus was the wonderful outdoor spaces for relaxing and eating. All made for an amazing holiday break.

Stay in Auvergne

We enjoyed Vichy and the surrounding area, the lake, park and Abrest. Nicely placed for walking and wider excursions by train, bus, or car to Thiers, Claremont-Ferrand. Parking in the courtyard made this more relaxing. We found the property well appointed with excellent wifi, tv, and cooking and baking facilities. Alain and Francine Sauvage were very welcoming and informative of the property and region. We recommend the property Quartier de France in Vichy as a perfect property and location for any retreat. Fantastic stay in Vichy

This is an absolutely fantastic property and you won't find better hosts than Alain and Francine. Communication was brilliant and prompt and most of all, the property was absolutely brilliant. Everything you would need is provided and it's in a quiet area but still close to restaurants and right next to the river and park. Not to mention off road parking for our two cars which was a bonus. My wife and I, along with another couple, had a very comfortable stay for a week whilst competing at Ironman. I simply cannot recommend this place highly enough.

What an amazing property in a quiet residential street and so close to the parks and beautiful river

The property was was extremely spacious with private parking making life very easy. The landlord was so helpful and kind on our arrival. A very quiet and peaceful location with a lovely riverside walk of about 15 minutes into the main town. Some lovely nearby restaurants and bars to relax after your day. I stayed with my wife and sisters as I was competing in the Ironman and found the location perfect to access the event. I really recommend staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to return. A fabulous holiday.
