VILLA SANDRINA - FLORENCE AREA

Located in the Florence area of Tuscany, Villa Sandrina is a lovingly restored farmhouse with a private swimming pool. Located in the countryside with views over the valley, Villa Sandrina is just 4 km from Dicomano, where you can find shops, restaurants, and transport links, 6.4 km from Vicchio and 41 km from the art city of Florence with its many treasures and attractions. There are many activities to enjoy nearby, including water sports on Lake Bilancino, golf at the Poggio dei Medici Golf Club, as well as shopping in the Barberino Designer Outlet.

Villa Sandrina (360 sqm) is a fenced property with an electric gate which develops over two levels.

On the ground floor, you will find an open plan living/dining room (with fireplace, sofas, chairs, Satellite TV, dining table), a well-equipped kitchen (with gas hob: 5 burners, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher) and one guest bathroom (with toilet). On this level, you will also find one double bedroom (with double bed) and one bathroom (with shower, basin, bidet, toilet).
