Estupenda!. Estuvimos en esta casa con nuestros tres hijos muy pequeños y hemos vuelto todos más de diez años después. Carlos y Lucía, los propietarios siguen igual de amables y atentos a todo.La casa es como una cabaña con todas las comodidades y mucho espacio exterior, está muy bien situada, a un paseo de la costa y cerca de las playas. También para hacer rutas a pie por el camino portugués o a los molinos del río, encima de Areosa.

Family vacation with a lot of activities

Nice house on a spacious, quite ground. Close to beaches and other activities. Very friendly and helpful owner. The only thing to be aware of if you are tall: the beds don’t have 2 m length.

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Der Garten ist ebenso sehr großzügig. Wir haben den Grill fast jeden Abend genutzt. Die große Überdachung kann man auch im Regen gut nutzen und trotzdem draußen sitzen. Leider hat uns die Straße etwas gestört und dass in der Umgebung keine schöne Lokale zu finden waren. Aber dafür konnte man ganz entspannt zum Meer spazieren

Awful house awful owner - do not book

We wasted so much time during our holiday dealing with everything that happened. It was such an awful experience. The owner was not a good person. We never met the owner she refused to attend the property, only WhatsApp messaging. We dealt with her father onsite and there were language barriers. From the get go the heating did not work. The WiFi did not work. We wasted so much time trying to get it all fixed. Then the power cut out for over 14 hours. No heat, no WiFi, no lights or any other amenities. This was finally fixed and then the WiFi, went off again. However, main issue was the damp and mould. Mouldy smell everywhere. It was so bad that we were unable to put our clothes away in the wardrobes as the mould was so bad. We had to hang out clothes on racks and hanger in the sitting room. We had to wash all the walls, kitchen utensils, pots and pans as everything smelt so badly of mould. We had to wash all the towels and sheets as they smelt of mould. We had to buy new pillows and duvets as two of the pillows in the main room were literally wet with damp. The first weekend a huge concert stage set up literally 50 feet from the house on communal village ground. Annual three day festival music from 2pm until 2am every day for three days straight. She did not tell us about this annual village festival. We did not sleep for 3 days. She then turned off the heating and refused to put it back on again accusing us of using too much. VrBo did not help us.

Perfect Holiday Villa

Beautiful house with a very pretty walled garden, very comfortable and lots of room for the two of us. The property is a short walk from the beach on one side and a supermarket on the other and is ideal for exploring Northern Portugal.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Garten

Schönes Ferienhaus mit einem sehr schönen und gut gepflegten Garten. Durch die Gartenmauer ist man von der Aussenwelt abgeschottetet und vollkommen für sich. (Abgesehen von den Gästen im Nebenhaus) Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Gasherd, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Es könnten noch ein paar mehr Schneidebretter und Küchenmesser vorhanden sein. Das Haus ist ideal für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind im Obergeschoss jeweils an den Rändern des Hauses - verbunden mit einer Galerie, die dadurch im Erdgeschoss in der Mitte des Hauses einen sehr großzügigen, luftigen Aufenthaltsbereich/Essbereich erzeugt. Durch die Holzböden ist das Haus etwas hellhörig. Das Wohnzimmer bzw Sitzecke ist gemütlich aber nicht groß. Draußen gibt es noch eine Terrasse mit Essbereich die wir gerne genutzt haben. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Very nice house, good location and very, very friendly owner.

Loved the house, the garden and the location. Owner is very friendly and reacts quickly to questions in the VRBO app. The owner is very polite and really takes care of the guests. If you want to discover the north of Portugal and even Spain, this is a very good location!

Fiel a la descripción, limpieza excelente y camas buenas. Equipación de la cocina y la casa perfecta. El jardín muy bien cuidado. Buena ubicación. Perfecto para llevar bicis y hacer senderismo, muy cerca del mar. El propietario muy agradable, fue flexible en la hora de entrada.

Nos encantó la amabilidad y predisposición de Carlos en todo momento, la casa es muy acogedora, tiene todo lo necesario, a destacar que la cocina está muy bien equipada. Ideal el jardín. El lugar donde está para nosotros era ideal, cerca de buenos spots de kitesurf, surf y buenas rutas de bicicleta. También cerca de lugares para visitar. Sin duda la recomendamos y seguramente repetiremos. Gracias Carlos, tu casa es preciosa y hiciste que tuviéramos una estancia memorable

El alojamiento a cubierto totalmente nuestras expectativas, muy bien situado, con posibilidad de disfrutar de excelentes playas cercanas como visitas a poblaciones con mucho encanto, como Viana y Caminha, y también Oporto, a no mucho más de media hora de distancia. El trato con Carlos, el propietario, muy bueno, cercano y claro en sus explicaciones, un placer tratar con él. …para repetir.

Una casa maravillosa

Alojamiento muy cómodo y bien situado, con un jardín excelente. Muy bien situado a cinco minutos del centro de Viana y en un lugar estratégico para acercarse a las playas cercanas y pueblos del norte colindantes con Galicia. Es un placer hablar con Carlos.

Agradable

La casa nos gustó bastante, tiene un jardín muy agradable que comparte con otra propiedad adyacente de los mismos dueños. Cuando nosotros estuvimos hizo bastante frio cuando estuvimos y la calefacción estuvo estropeada los 10 días y solo pudieron dejarnos un calefactor, por lo que la casa la disfrutamos poco. Tiene una cocina completa, el salón un poco pequeño para el tamaño de la casa, las dos habitaciones confortables. El wifi funcionaba un poco lento pero en general la experiencia fue buena y la ubicación es muy buena, cerca de un paseo que recorre la costa y de playas muy bonitas a una distancia muy corta de coche.

Maison merveilleuse dans un jardin très agréable

Une merveilleuse maison, dans une propriété très agréable. Seul petit défaut: la maison se trouve en périphérie de Viana do Castelo et donc la voiture est toujours nécessaire pour accéder aux plages. A propos des plages, en 10 min de voitures on peut arriver à Ancora où les plages sont meirveilleuses.

Viel Raum innen und außen !

Herr Morais erwartete uns am Haus mit einer herzlichen Begrüßung mit Früchten und Blumen. Es ist ein beeindruckend großes sehr gepflegtes Grundstück, angenehm hinter einer hohen alten Mauer gelegen und mit einer automatischer Bewässerung, die viel Frische mitbringt. Einen angenehmen Schutz bot das automatische Rolltor der Gartenanlage. Es besteht die direkte Möglichkeit ab Haus den Küstenwanderweg zu erreichen. Super gut für morgendliches Walken oder Joggen! Das Haus bietet im EG einen sehr großzügigen Küchen- und Essraum in dem wir auch gelebt haben. Zum Abend kann die eine Seite des Raumes zum Sonnenuntergang geöffnet werden und das Haus ist sonnendurchflutet. Das Obergeschoß ist schwieriger. Auch bei 24/24h stets offenen Fenstern, blieb ein durchdringender Feuchtigkeitsgeruch. Die Kleiderschränke haben wir aus diesem Grund überhaupt nicht benutzt. In der Umgebung findet sich ein großer Supermarkt (800m) mit Frischfisch und wunderbare Strände mit Rettungsschwimmer, Duschen, Strand-Bistro und wenig Gästen (zB. El Paco, 3km)
