「Expedia showed check in at 3pm but when I arrived it was 4. Also on the day we checked out, before we were up around 8am the cleaning staff attempted to open our door without warning. Otherwise good for a few nights.」

「Clean and very quiet. That was surprising as this motel has a busy casino. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The restaurant was a disappointment. We’ve eaten there in years past but it’s no longer so wonderful. Food and menu choices are adequate but not very inviting.」

「The room was supposed to be accessible. There were bars over the toilet and in the shower. The space between the bed and the tv armoire was too narrow for my wheelchair to fit and I have a smaller chair. The staff moved the bed so that I could fit between the wall and the bed but I couldn’t get to the other side of the room to close the blinds or adjust the temperature. The bed was very tall I could barely get in it. Luckily I can stand to transfer but anyone who needs to transfer straight...

「The woman at the desk went to the second floor and all the way to the other end of the building to see which room was ready for us. That was nice of her. Then she gave us clear directions to the Basque restaurant we wanted to eat at. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious.」

Shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower would be convenient. The sitting area needs to be more inviting, with pieces that work well together.」

「The room was clean. However the wall paper was peeling and stained, the bed/mattress was very old and the metal rim was worn through at the edges of the mattress making a hard ridge to sit against. The sheets were very worn and wrinkled and the blanket was thin. The pillows were small and worn out. The curtain was threadbare. Furniture was worn out and outdated. The chain lock on the door was broken off. Our expectations were much higher for $165.00 a night. We could not get a refund because...
