「I was pleased to receive an upgrade by Nicole at the front desk who was very accommodating. Having said that, Tristan, the manager is the best! I misplaced my own iPhone in the room. He helped me find it. He went above and beyond. Great stay and looking forward to returning end of March or April with my husband I highly recommend it.」

「The hotel is not worth its price at all. It is not even worth half of its price. The housekeeping staff are lazy and rude; they never refreshed the bed sheets even once during my one-week stay. I even asked the front desk staff three times to get them do their job, but nothing changed. The bathroom floor was never wiped even once.
