Very friendly staff in a very convenient location. Lots of parking availability and dining options nearby. The property is nicely, renovated and up-to-date. My go to hotel in Kingston.

Seasonal waterfront retreat on Sharbot Lake
An excellent place, very clean and comfortable. It was very nice and peaceful sitting on the deck with a morning coffee. Beds were comfortable and I loved the pillows. Cottage was well equipped.
