Independent apartment located a few meters from the Arena, from Piazza Bra and from Romeo and Juliet's balcony in a 18th century building, it has been designed to guarantee maximum comfort during your holidays or business stay. The apartment has been recently renovated and is a large room of about 50 square meters. It features a bathroom with a chromotherapy shower. It is equipped with air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, free WiFi internet, kitchen, fridge, toaster, kettle / kettle and microwave. The bathroom is equipped with towels, toiletries, hair dryer and color therapy. All the furniture and appliances are new. Bus stops are less than 200 meters away. Inside you will find information brochures about the city and a map of Verona. Books, tourist guides and magazines are also available to guests. The prices include the supply of linen (towels, courtesy set and sheets) and are variable during Fair periods, and Important Events. Children under the age of 2 stay free with a cot, high chair and various (free) Children under the age of 2 pay extra and have a regular single bed. Pets are allowed only in small size and with extra (this option is only on request and authorized by the management) We are contracted with private parking with valet parking service at 30 euros per day, please request availability.
